Unique part-time opportunity as Payroll Manager is available in North Kent/Greater London area. Responsibilities will include advising and implementing payroll best practice, ensuring full compliance, centrally manage redundancy forecasts, contributing to tenders, centrally manage TUPE pay elements, act as expert advisor to the FD and senior teams on comp and bens from a pay, tax and pension perspective and manage payroll for 600 permanent workers in England plus 600 casual workers and annual pay review and associated communications with the people team. Candidates should have a positive, coach style, calm to challenging situations, manages conflicting priorities, good knowledge of tax codes and payroll management and pension administration.
