Are you available full time for the next 3 months? We have a Reception vacancy starting immediately! You will be working on a busy Reception desk in Ashford. This is an excellent opportunity with a large company and will suit someone with or without experience.



Duties will include:

- Answering both internal calls and customer calls

- Message taking, accuracy is key

- Meeting and greeting visitors

- Making refreshments for visitors

- General administration such a post handling and filing



Experience is not essential, but the right candidates will have a good work ethic and learn fast. You will be dealing with people of various levels from other Receptionists to Directors and Management as well as Customers so confidence is essential.
