Opportunity to become a Farm Business Manager! What's required: Operations / Business Manager required by a £2+ million annual turnover farming business based near Maidstone in Kent. Your experience doesn't need to be in the farming (Agronomy) sector, but that's the business that this opportunity is in. If you are looking for a long term role in a very successful privately owned business where you can learn from the current Business Manager who is looking to retire from this role, then ths could be the position for you. The day to day staff management and agronomy side is managed by someone else, your role will be Managing the multi million pound assets, Compliance, Accountancy, Customer management etc. A good base salary, perormance related bonus, accomodation, access to company vehicles and share options are all potentially part of the package.
