The role
As a campaign manager you will be responsible for planning marketing campaigns and initiatives, this is a end to end marketing role which means you will see campaigns through from planning to completion. By analysing campaign successes you will constantly tweak/adjust strategies and work closely with other teams to maximise potential return on every campaign.
Key Duties
Accountable for the management and execution of a widely recognised brands loyalty scheme
Development and execution of strategic seasonal campaigns
End to end campaign management including:
* Stakeholder engagement - Presenting results and general management
* Customer communication & data scoping & sign off
* Analysis of results and making recommendations
* Commercial and success measures
Sales and margin growth in customer retention
Ongoing development through customer feedback (internal and external) , with all activities communicated and delivered effectively, on time and within budget.
The person
* Proven experience in campaign management
* History of delivering multi channel commercial campaigns to drive performance
* Experience of working cross functionally in a fast pace environment
* Ability to plan at both a strategic and tactical level
* Very hands on and positive approach to workload
* Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
This is a permanent full time position working Monday to Friday ( is required to match the needs of the business)

* Basic salary £40,000
