Expense Reduction Analysts is a leading global B2B consulting business based in West Malling, Kent. Our company is a UK based franchise organisation who has successfully expanded operations in 35 countries worldwide over the last 25 years.

We currently have a network of over 450 franchise partners in Europe and are looking for an outstanding marketing coordinator to help us promote our brand and recruit new franchise partners.

In this office-based role, you will work directly with the European Franchise Sales Manager and will also be supporting a network of managers across Europe, implementing day-to-day marketing activities to help them identify potential new franchise partners.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Help define and implement marketing strategy and messaging
- Management of our company website including SEO
- Management of our online presence and communication (e-mailing campaigns and social media calendar)
- Coordinate the creation of new marketing materials (print and digital) including liaison with graphic designer and franchise partners to collect information
- Maintenance of the marketing library for the Franchise Sales team.
- Support the organisation of events in the UK and Europe
- Provide direct support to the Sales team as required
- Liaise with external suppliers to ensure suitable promotion of the brand
- Coordinate the use of marketing software and systems to increase lead generation
- Maintain usability of our proprietary CRM tool and provide support to CRM users

The role also includes a range of supporting administrative tasks, direct support to our network of European managers. Travel overseas may be required occasionally.

You should have knowledge and experience of the full range of marketing communications activities, including:
- Social Media Management (especially LinkedIn)
- Advertising
- Print
- PR
- Digital marketing
- Direct Mail
- Print and digital collateral
- Content marketing

Additional skills and experience:
- Experience of working in a marketing department or agency
- Familiar with the full suite of MS Office tools
- Ideally knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM, WordPress and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Measured, calm, professional attitude
- A good command of English is essential
- Additional European languages would be an advantage but are not essential.
