You will be working within a friendly team of 8. You will be processing orders via the phone and email. You won't be selling. This is a very much a service role. Of course you can talk about products and any offers you may have but offering a professional and warm service is the objective.



What you''ll need to have for this role;

* Happy to commit to a 12 month contract
* Able to start at the beginning of September
* The ability to professionally and accurately correspond on email
* Have worked within an office environment with Customers ideally processing orders
* Computer literate
