A new position has become available within the emergency contact team of an expanding and growing business. You will answer the phone, answering and handling emergency medical calls (which can include injury, sickness or death)
Working on a 4 days on, 4 days off, 12 hour shift pattern (including weekends and public holidays) the role is to handle requests for assistance, obtaining case details and liaising with the in-house medical team to provide the appropriate response to emergencies.

If you are experienced in customer service and have the ability to empathise with people in stressful circumstances then this is the ideal role for you.
Its is ideal that you have one European language (preferably Greek, Portuguese, French or German, Spanish) or Turkish or Arabic (North African) is Ideal to support the language changes, although consideration would be given for non language speakers with call centre expereince
