Complaints Handler
Location: Sevenoaks
Salary: £20,000 per annum
Are you an experienced call centre specialist who has dealt with complaints and rapid response calls?
If so, Status has the role for you.
We're currently recruiting for one of our most prestige clients who is looking for an experienced Customer Care Resolution & Quality Auditor to join their team. Your main duties will be:
* Ensure all Rapid Response Calls are handled in a timely and competent manner.
* Dealing with customer complaints in regards to damaged products.
* Writing and responding to emails.
* Provide monthly Complaint and Rapid Response Calls reports.
* Actively support, at all times, company and departmental policies and procedures.
Desirable experience:
* Be able to audit and evaluate calls for quality and process compliance.
* Provide training once a month to other customer service staff on products.
Skills
* Desired 2 years Call centre experience
* Ability to handle difficult situations
* Highly organised
