To manage the delivery of client projects and campaigns by providing a high level of customer service, ensuring all outputs sent to clients from Fabrick are of the highest standard and delivered on time and within budget.

Day to day accountabilities:

• Serve as a lead point of contact and communication for clients
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring client feedback is regularly sought and acted upon.
• Capture, produce and communicate all necessary project briefs to the relevant Fabrick teams, ensuring all key information is included.
• Seek agreement for and manage the timely implementation and delivery of client project/campaign/content plans both internally and externally; arranging all necessary meetings and paperwork.
• Regularly monitor and communicate, both internally and to the client, the progress and results of these projects/campaigns
• Work with Fabrick departments to generate innovative content ideas that support customer’s campaigns/strategies and new business opportunities to extend the existing service(s) provided.
• Track key financials on each client account/project, ensuring work is delivered within the agreed hours and invoicing is issued on time.
• Ensure all client outcomes reflect their corporate branding guidelines
• Attend and support client events/product launches
• Source, secure and liaise with suppliers, ensuring clients’ needs are met
• Manage approvals of any content produced by Fabrick, or suppliers on our behalf
• Co-ordinate the internal delivery of Fabrick services needed to deliver client contracts, ensuring full briefs are written and submitted.
• Support the Senior Account Manager with the creation of all required financial paperwork
• Provide ad hoc support to the account management team
• Responsible for job management via Synergist, ensuring job numbers, PO’s and quotes are raised for each client project
• Maintain individual timesheets
