An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this heritage brand as we look to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic, ambitious Property Consultant to reflect business levels and join our high achieving sales division in Sevenoaks.

Responsibilities will include: -

Qualifying new applicants
Representing sellers in negotiation with prospective buyers
Be able to talk to buyers and sellers about properties and their special features
Be able to estimate the value of a property in order to conduct market appraisals
Be able to market and promote properties for sale
Monitor sales as they proceed and liaise with all interested parties including mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors and other estate agents
Advise clients and help buyers decide what they want to buy
Make sure that the price agreed is acceptable to both buyer and seller
Keep up to date with trends in the relevant property market
Arrange and conduct viewings
Assist in the production of marketing material and property collateral for the properties in your portfolio
Offer advice and feedback during the sales process
General administration duties
Offer support to the team and Branch manager
The successful candidate will: -

Hold a full driving licence
Have at least 2 years previous experience in property sales
Be able to build and sustain relationships
Have excellent presentation and communication skills
Be organised and able to manage their own administration
Be flexible and a team player
