Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd is working closely with a leading specialist lending and retails bank to recruit a Root Cause Analyst work within the Complaints team.
The key purpose of this role will be to conduct in depth reviews of all complaints received by the business at a Group level to establish new ways of working at a process and system perspective and looking for ways to improve the overall experience for our customers. You will need to focus on continuous improvement and required preventive measures and corrective action plans to establish preventative and resolve business identified risk relating to customer complaint areas utilising methods of root cause analysis.
The role will require key interaction with different departments throughout the business responsible for producing timelines and history of an account and identification of process and control weaknesses which have been identified and providing detailed reporting to show assessment carried out based on key trend and emerging areas of concern.
