Addaction is looking to recruit a dynamic and creative Young Addaction Manager to join our service in Kent.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with an experienced and dynamic team that are leading the way in the field of substance misuse.
The service delivers early intervention, including a risk reduction programme and specialist treatment to young people aged 11-24. The service also supports parents and families and offers bespoke training to professionals.
Working closely with the Contracts Manager, you will have the vision and drive to help support and lead service delivery to the highest standards.
The role requires excellent leadership and team working skills, knowledge and experience of the issues faced by vulnerable young people. Being able to effectively manage risk and safeguard is a key aspect of this role. The capacity to work with competing demands and tight timescales will be underpinned by a commitment to quality.
Experience of working and leading teams within the demands of a young persons’ service is essential.
