Job Title: Vehicle Sales Administrator.

Description: W J King Garages Ltd, a multi-franchise dealer group, has a vacancy for a Full Time Vehicle Sales Administrator.

Qualification: Previous experience in a sales administration department is preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, clear handwriting and
precise and accurate computer input are essential.

Training: Thorough induction and training will be provided including training for host computer: Kerridge / ADP - CDK bespoke to the motor
industry.

Hours: 9.00 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch (37½ hr pw)

Pay: Salary is negotiable depending on experience. Paid monthly in arrears by direct Bank Giro (the end of the following month).
Subject to assessment after 3 and 6 months probationary periods

Holiday Pay: 4 weeks and 8 Bank Holidays per annum subject to manager’s authorisation.
Holiday entitlement accruing 1.67 days per month + Bank Holidays.

Pension Peoples Pension: Auto enrolment contributory pension scheme,
3% self-contributory + 3% by the company. Opt out is available

Overtime: Paid at the standard (basic) rate of pay. By mutual consent

Uniform: Uniform is not provided. You are expected to dress appropriately to project a professional image
