We are currently working on behalf of a manufacturer and distributer in Folkestone who are recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team.
They are looking for a diligent and tenacious administrator to carry out the credit control function with their French customers. They will also work closely with the export team as well as support the accounts team with day to day accounts assistant activities.
As an experienced Credit Controller you will provide an excellent level of service to our clients international and national clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations and through clear and timely communication and managing the full credit control function.
You will take pride in your work, self motivated with a 'can do' attitude, with proven background in using MS Office especially Excel, can manage multiple tasks but remain focused, with excellent accuracy, numeracy and literacy skills.
This is a great opportunity for somebody to show their communication and people skills. Confidence and the ability to solve problems is essential and readiness to be on the go all day. There will be training but previous credit control or accounts administration or customer service experience is essential.
Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
You will be fluent in French, additional European languages would be beneficial.
This role is working Monday to Friday fulltime hours and is ideally situated within 15 minutes walk from Folkestone train station.
