Your Move Charterhouse are looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator for their Cliftonville / Birchington offices.
You will already have at least 2 years experience in Estate Agency or a sales role with transferable skills. You might already be a successful Sales negotiator who is looking for a new challenge. You will be used to exceeding targets in a sales role in a competitive environment.

We are looking for a capable candidate with a very positive outlook and and determined attitude who will thrive at beating their targets.
Your role will involve the process of successfully selling homes, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, gaining financial services leads, and offering conveyancing services.

You should be a self starter who can hit the ground running. You should be able to demonstrate a very professional attitude along with the necessary drive to succeed.

You will need to have access to a reliable and presentable car and hold a fully valid clean driving licence.
Ideally you will have an excellent local knowledge of the CT7,CT8 and CT9 postcodes.
You should be able to use our Database effectively, and communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues alike.
