REED are urgently seeking a Legal Cashier for a professional and forward thinking business based in Sittingbourne, Kent.
You will need to be free immediately for this ongoing temporary role the following skills and experience are essential.
You will be required to ensure all transactions are posted on a daily basis, post office account receipts as well as ensure all monies are deposited in line with the firm’s policies and SRA accounts rules.
Maintaining Client Account Balances
Clearing Old Disbursement Invoices
Completing Reconciliations on a daily basis for all currencies
Posting and paying supplier invoices
Posting fees and disbursements
Inter account transfers
Interest calculations
Bank reconciliations
