Expense Reduction Analysts, a leading global B2B consulting business based in West Malling, Kent, is looking for an outstanding digital marketing executive to join its busy team.

This office-based role will support the global marketing effort with day-to-day online marketing activities and support a network of consultants to assist with lead generation and brand awareness.

You will work in a Marketing team of 7 in the UK office, supporting a network of 600+ worldwide consultants in more than 35 countries. This role will be have a global focus and is a key role in a close team providing digital marketing support and leadership to the global business.

The role will take responsibility for leading initiatives and providing information and advice to the senior team to help with decision making and strategy. You should have an excellent 'digital-native' level of understanding across the whole range of digital communications and keen eye for spotting trends and staying across the latest technology – an interest in IoT, Blockchain and AI is a must!

You should bring to the role a high level of knowledge and experience in the full range of digital marketing communications activities, including:
- Content marketing
- Social media; especially LinkedIn and Twitter
- PPC & SEO
- Website strategy & familiarity with WordPress
- Reporting and marketing automation
- Email marketing

Additional skills and experience:
- Experience of working in a marketing department or agency
- Familiar with the full suite of MS Office tools
- Enthusiastic professional attitude

You role will focus on brand development and lead generation through Digital and Social Media routes to market. Responsibilities will include;
- Managing the interaction between several online marketing tools
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
- Tracking conversion rates and optimising web pages to generate maximum enquiries
- Developing and managing a range of digital marketing campaigns
- Utilising a range of techniques including Paid and Organic Search (PPC & SEO), Social Media
- Contributing to the overall social media strategy for the company
- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital Marketing
