Customer Account and Stock Executive

We are looking for an experienced Customer Account and Stock Executive ideally from a manufacturing background, to join our Client who is a word leader in their sector based in Ashford.

You will manage one of their fast-growing clients, you will need to build knowledge and grow partnerships with their customers. Supply chain and stock control experienced is needed, as you will also manage your client’s distribution and supply chain demands. This is a fantastic opening to join one of the major divisions within the group, who are renowned for the excellence of their service.

Hours : Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm (Flexibility required)
Salary: £19 – 21k Depending on Salary
Start Date: Ideally immediately

All About the role
Account Management

• Analysing and distributing the customer’s requirements from the production schedule monthly, weekly and daily, therefore acute attention to detail is essential.
• We are looking for a logical thinker that validates positive attitude and willpower to getting the work done. You will need to take initiate to find out information that you don’t have to hand.
• You will be building working relationships and retention of clients is paramount
• You will need to communicate effectively and administer details and time critical information to ensure smooth processing of all client’s requirements and orders.
• Date inputting and maintain the management systems accurately, inputting onto various systems and liaise between customers and internal departments
• Check artworks and follow up of artwork approval, issues, projects and complaints

Stock and Supply Chain

• Stock management and meeting and forecasting supply chain demands
• You will carry out strategic planning, forecasting and order processing.

All about you!
• Experience within manufacturing and stock strategic planning, forecasting and order processing
• To have a proven records of exceptional customer service skills in a manufacturing background
• Knowledge of Cerm will be a plus.
• Positive attitude and to be team Focussed. To have a keen willingness to learn and Pro-active and flexible in your job
• Multitasking and high-level organisational skills. Problem solving and pre-empting issues that can be overcome
• Good communication written and verbal along with professional telephone manner. Knowledge of Software and data inputting. To take pride and become an extended part of your own client’s business
