We are currently looking for a UX/UI Designer to join a highly successful company, based in Folkestone. This opportunity is working on a temporary basis however the successful candidate can be considered for a permanent opportunity. Initially the role would be for 3 months with possibility of extension.

As an experience UX/UI Designer you will be able to quickly grasp the business and end users requirements as well as be able to translate these requirement in to wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes and final visual references.

Essentials Required to obtain an interview:
• UX and UI design experience
• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), interpreting user research and user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
• Expertise in standard UX and design tools such as Sketch, InVision, Balsamiq, Framer, Adobe Creative Suite and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
• Ability to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision
• Extensive experience in using UX and UI best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications
• Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval
• Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design and champion a consistent design language for all channels
• Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies
