Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Boatyard & Berthing Master technician to join our Corporate Development operation. The purpose of this role will be to undertake both Marina boatyard tasks and Marina Office activities. At all times providing a professional customer service.
You must also be competent in providing Marina services, in a safe, timely and efficient manner consistent with requirements of the business.
You will be required to:
• Work in all areas of the marina business, operating various plant in the boatyard and a variety of systems in the marina office, full training will be given where necessary
• Deliver the highest standards of customer service
• Be enthusiastic and friendly with a positive ‘can do’ approach
• Be self motivated and able to work without supervision
• Have the ability to carry out general maintenance tasks
• Have excellent administration skills
• Be practical, resourceful and have a common sense approach
• Have an interest or experience in sailing
• Be able to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays (in all weathers)

Skills and Qualifications
• GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English Grade C or above
• Computer literate in MS Word & Excel
• Good oral and written communication
