We are recruiting for a Membership Administrator for Roko Health Club Gillingham. The role of Membership Administrator is a highly rewarding and challenging role in which you have accountability and responsibility for all areas of membership administration and membership revenue maximization.
32 hours per week, part-time over 5 days with flexibility to set hours
Roko Health Clubs are a privately owned group operating 5 full service clubs in a sector we call ‘premium affordable’. Our large scale established clubs have great facilities for our members and we hold our prices at a level that makes it truly compelling value for our customers.
To really make the clubs come to life we need a dedicated team who share our vision to passionately support and inspire our members to live a more active, healthy & fulfilling life for longer.
Roko Health Club Gillingham is Medway's premium family health club. With a great location and links to the M2 it is the club of choice for Gillingham, Rainham and the surrounding towns. The club has it "all under one roof" with a huge state of the art gym, 2 pools, over 90 classes per week in 4 studios, spa facilities, beauty salon, crèche, family activity zone and coffee lounge.
Your role will involve:
• You will ensure that the club membership system is kept accurate and up to date.
• Maximize membership revenue by enforcing the clubs rules of membership and membership agreement terms and conditions.
• Process new member sales, renewals and membership updates.
• Proactively manage and recover debtors, notified cancellations and suspensions.
Key attributes are:
• You will be highly analytical and an excellent administrator.
• You will be confident, well organized, structured and methodical in your work.
• You will be able to resolve any member issues by telephone or in person.
• You will have very good IT skills and have experience of CRM management
This is a unique role in the health and fitness industry as we will enable you to manage, be empowered and have ownership for membership administration.
