Are you an experienced Class 1 driver seeking new opportunity?

The Best Connection Employment Group are currently seeking numerous Class 1 drivers to fulfill a temp to perm position based in Sheerness, running out of the brand new ALDI depot.

The depot is due to open in August/September. Therefore we are recruiting for drivers now, to start at a later date.

The role itself requires the candidates to deliver supermarket products to stores around Kent. This job is only 2 drops, to 2 separate stores.

Please be aware: With this specific job you will be trained with a forklift to do all the loading and unloaded. Therefore this job DOES NOT INVOLVE HANDBALL.

The clients working times are Monday to Friday every week, night shifts.

This is a very good opportunity if a driver is looking for a full time job, after a 12 week trial period.

Lastly, please be aware that this role is a temp to perm. This means that the successful candidate will be working for the company for 12 weeks through 'The Best Connection' agency, then once the 12 weeks have been completed, you will be offered a contract by the client, in which you will be considered a full time member of staff.

Start Times:

10:30 PM.

Shifts are usually around 12 hours long.

Pay Rates:

PAYE: £13.00 per hour

LCC: £15.00

To be eligible for this position you must possess:

- Category C Licence
- Valid CPC
- Valid Digi-Card
- Good Communication skills
- Commitment (5-6 days in a working week)
