This well established rural golf club has recently undergone refurbishment, and are looking for a chef to join their team, bringing with them their passion and enthusiasm for delivering a high quality gastro dining experience.
Working closely with the FOH Manager, and the owners of the business, you will be managing and leading a small kitchen team, setting and monitoring standards, and will have involvement in the design of the menu.
This role is ideal for someone who has learnt their trade in a professional kitchen of high standards, and is ready to bring their skills and knowledge to an exciting new business.
This is definitely the start of a long term career, not just a short term job, and will require dedication and commitment.
