Watts Farms are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our Dartford based Night team.
Watts Farms is a third-generation family run business supplying over 600 customers including contract caterers, restaurants and hotels in London and Home Counties daily. We sell around 1,500 product lines including fresh produce of which a number are grown on our own farms
Our busy warehouse is seeking new staff to cope with a growing number of orders. Applicants must have picking experience and be prepared to work in a team environment. The job is based in Dartford and the work consists of picking to pre-set targets, assembling loads in despatch and loading vehicles.
What are we looking for:
> Keen and enthusiastic.
> Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues.
> Fresh produce knowledge is an advantage.
> Previous experience in order picking within a warehouse environment.
> Immediate start available.
Working hours – Shift pattern with a 5 night rota. Average of 48 hours per week, Working times between 17:00 pm and 5.00 am
Holiday – 31 days (inclusive of bank holidays)
