The Kitchen Assistant plays an important and vital part on the success of our food service operation. The Kitchen Assistant will ensure that the chefs and food service teams have a steady supply of sparkling kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery and glassware to our very high standard as well as assistance in preparation of basic foods. The Kitchen Assistant must be able to work well with the kitchen teams as well as work unsupervised. The Kitchen Assistant needs to be prepared, think ahead, keeping one step ahead of the chefs and restaurant teams will ensure your success as a much valued Kitchen Assistant.

• Thinking and planning ahead to meet service challenges
• Immaculate presentation standards in all that you do
• Good communication skills with colleagues at all levels
