We are a long established steel fabrication company looking for an Assistant Manager to take responsibility in all aspects of running busy steel fabrication and engineering works involved in a variety of different industries.
Ideally, successful candidate will be experienced in estimating for a large cross section of bespoke fabrications, visit sites when required, be able to produce and work from detailed engineering drawings, be proficient in procurement and able to converse technically with customers. Experience in CAD drawing desirable and shop floor experience useful but not essential.
We are looking for a highly motivated applicant for this interesting and varied position with good prospects. Must be from an engineering/fabrication background.
Very competitive negotiable salary, relevant to ability and experience.
