Our Client is looking to employ a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their busy team in Sandwich.
This will be for a duration on 6 months with the possibility of the contract being extended.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager your daily duties will include;
Primary Duties:
Respond to equipment breakdowns, provide first line diagnostic and arrange for scheduling, components and (if necessary) resource for repair.
Make provision for safe system of work including isolation`s.
Arrange and work to Permit To Work where relevant.
Support third Party resources to complete contracted tasks.
planned maintenance in accordance with work order instructions and associated procedures.
Complete electronic notification and/or paper documents to confirm completion of tasks.
Perform mechanical & electrical installation works in accordance with regulated standards.
Performing in accordance with scheduled, documented tasks and in accordance with mechanical
engineering standards.
Report equipment services or events which are out of regulatory compliance using relevant procedure
Communicate equipment status to Operational Personnel.
