JOB DESCRIPTION
• Processing orders/booking installations via dedicated CRM system
• Raising and chasing quotes
• Raising invoices
• Dealing with queries
• Answering telephone and responding to emails
• General office duties
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
• Must be computer literate
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Attention to detail essential
• GCSE Maths and English A – C
