GERMAN SPEAKING SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Harbour Shipping Ltd are one of the UK's most successful third-party freight booking and customs clearance agents and part of the Star Cargo Group. We are currently looking to appoint a fluent German speaker on a full time, permanent contract.

Working as part of our Continental sales team. the successful candidate will be responsible for the development and growth of our existing and potential client base in Germany and German speaking areas, working closely with all departments to ensure customer service levels are maintained to the highest standards.

To fulfil this role, we require a candidate, authorised to work within the UK, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (German and English), good computer literacy and experience of Microsoft applications including Word and Excel. Previous sales experience would be beneficial while a "can do" enthusiastic attitude is essential.

Main tasks
Telephone sales to potential and existing clients
Production of written quotations for potential and existing clients
Participation in the obtaining of leads for use by the sales team

Based at our Eastern Docks office in Dover, this position offers a starting salary of £20,000 per annum along with a structured bonus scheme, a company pension scheme and twenty two days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays.
