Our Customer Data Quality team have a brand new role for a candidate looking for a career in project and change management.
As a Systems and Process Analyst you will review existing strategy and suggest and control change ensuring that the department is customer focused and compliant at all times.

Day to day you will be responsible for the management of all change across Customer Data Quality, including proposal, testing and overseeing implementation, so the role will need a candidate confident in building relationships both internally and externally.

What are we looking for?
• Experience within project management or change control is essential and ideally candidates will have the six sigma or PRINCE2 qualification
• Excellent analytical and numerical ability is key as is the use of Excel to a good standard
• You will be a confident communicator – able to deal with a variety of people both internally and externally, able to present ideas in a clear and concise manner
• You will need to manage your own workload and remain motivated in times of pressure

The working hours are 9am – 5.30pm Monday - Friday but flexibility and potential travel to other locations will be a requirement of the role.
