Our Fraud telephony team have an opportunity for a new candidate to join them. This is an ideal position for a candidate looking to start a career within Fraud.
Day to day you will be handling calls relating to transaction monitoring and 1st party Fraud prevention. Excellent communication & questioning skills are vital as you will be required to gather information relating to suspected Fraud, to ensure that we are protecting our customers and business at all times.
This is a busy fast paced environment, where applicants need to be comfortable with a role that is 90% telephony.
What do you need to apply?
• Experience of customer service – ideally over the phone
• GCSE (or equivalent) English & Maths C or above
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Being able to remain calm and focused when under pressure
• The ability to spot/analyse patterns & trends
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude
Our team work shifts between the hours of 8am – 8pm Monday – Friday, every other Saturday 9am – 5.30pm and one Sunday per month 12pm-3.30pm.
