We are in an exciting period of growth and are looking for you to join our HR team in Kings Hill and Gravesend as an HR Administrator.
Moove Lubricants is a leading provider of automotive fluids, oils and chemicals for passenger cars throughout the UK, Europe and Asia.
Your opportunity:
As the Human Resources Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR administration support to the HR Department. You will report to our HR Director and work closely with the other members of the team to ensure that a professional, customer focused, proactive and flexible HR service is delivered to the business.
Your role will include:
• Producing contracts of employment, resignation letters, change letters etc
• Ensuring all HR systems are up to date and compliant
• Supporting recruitment campaigns
• Arranging and managing inductions.
• Providing support and advice to employees and line managers, explaining HR policies and procedures
• Attending disciplinary and grievance hearings to take notes
• Managing probationary periods.
• Producing headcount statistics.
• Support with Payroll activities.
• Maintain HR records including, payroll, training, medical, driving records.
• Assist in the implementing of all staff benefits including pensions and medical care.
• Maintain business relations with third party suppliers and outsourced international staff.
• Other administrative tasks.
Skills and experience you will need:
• Educated to degree level
• Previous experience in a HR Admin/HR Assistant role
• Desire to progress a career in HR
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Good skills in Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook
• CIPD beneficial (but not essential)
