We are actively recruiting for a Part time Payroll and HR Assistant for a company based in Medway, Kent. The main purpose of this role is to support, maintain and develop our Payroll system and to be pro-actively involved in HR administration.
Main duties will include;
• Monthly processing on iTrent of staff changes, starters, leavers, transfers, pay, hours changes and any other variations
• Checking temporary pay claims
• Completion of P11D’s
• Participating as a member of the HR team in front-of-house customer service, as well as contributing to HR team meetings and activities
• Maintaining the iTrent organisation structure to match the Finance structure of staffing budget centres, including costing rules and codes
• Support call management, maintaining call logs and progressing calls to resolution
Person specification;
• Experience of payroll processing and procedures
• Knowledge or iTrent & Midland HR systems
• Knowledge or report and query design
• Strong IT skills
• Take responsibility for the delivery of tasks
• Understanding of HR practices and the requirements of an HR team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work 18.5 hours per week, salary £24,875 (pro rata)
