I have just taken on a brilliant new role, working for well-established company in the centre of Tonbridge. As a result of ongoing growth my client are seeking individuals to work within a small and dynamic team, helping drive customer service excellence!
You will be:
Working closely with the customer services manager to improve customer service.
Listen to calls by claims handlers and assess levels of service.
Provide feedback and identify urgent areas of improvement.
Checking calls as requested by the client and providing comments.
Helping with delivering training sessions and discussing performance.
Providing feedback on complaint calls.
The perfect candidate will have knowledge of the insurance industry, have an excellent attention to detail and a real passion for delivering excellent customer service, and enjoy working within fast-paced environments.
