I have just taken on a brilliant new role, working for well-established company in the centre of Tonbridge. As a result of ongoing growth my client are seeking individuals to work within a small and dynamic team, helping drive customer service excellence!

You will be:

 Working closely with the customer services manager to improve customer service.
 Listen to calls by claims handlers and assess levels of service.
 Provide feedback and identify urgent areas of improvement.
 Checking calls as requested by the client and providing comments.
 Helping with delivering training sessions and discussing performance.
 Providing feedback on complaint calls.

The perfect candidate will have knowledge of the insurance industry, have an excellent attention to detail and a real passion for delivering excellent customer service, and enjoy working within fast-paced environments.
