Status are currently advertising for an exciting opportunity within a company based near Mitcham!
The role is ideal for someone who is looking to start or progress their career within a hard working and dynamic company! The role will involve helping the team to file paperwork and organise any neccasary documentation. You will need to have an excellent telephone manager and experience liaising with clients would be ideal.
The role involves;
* To answer the telephone, pass callers through to the relevant person and take accurate messages where necessary
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
* Scanning documents and e-filing
* Sending out communications to clients via email on behalf of senior members of the team
* Maintaining basic records and tracking incoming and outgoing documents
* Set up and coordinate meetings & appointments both on and off site
* Ability to speak a foreign languege is desired
