A unique opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Administrator to join our exciting and innovative company. We are always on the lookout to recruit the brightest and best staff and using your knowledge and experience, you will source the right candidates and take them through the whole recruitment process to help drive the company forward.

You will be joining the HR team at our head office in Chestfield nr Whitstable, Kent. The office-based team are all very driven and hardworking and having the same values and wanting to be part of a team will be integral to your success within the role.
Key Responsibilities;
Take complete ownership of the candidate journey
Writing and editing job adverts for approval and posting to various sources
Proactively sourcing candidates using a variety of methods, such as social media, job websites and networking etc
Handling all advert responses and queries in a timely manner
Filtering all application responses and using your experience and expertise to select the best for interview
Screening and assessment of all candidates via telephone or face to face interviews
Scheduling and co-ordination of all interviews, interfacing with candidates via phone & email in a friendly, professional & confident manner
Performing reference and background checks
Creating ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will drive the business forward and contribute to the long-term growth and development of the company
Producing relevant data and reports
Create, build and maintain a network of potential candidates through on-going relationship management
Experience and Skills;
Proven experience in a recruitment role is essential
Knowledge of legislation around recruitment would be advantageous
Strong Interviewing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
The ability to develop effective working relationships across all levels of the company
Good organisational skills
A methodical approach and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to effectively handle and manage highly confidential information
A good working knowledge of HR and its processes is desirable
Proficient IT skills, especially Microsoft Office
Other ad-hoc administrative duties when needed
A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
Job Package;
£19-21k dependant on experience
Full Time, Permanent Position
Monday to Friday 09:00am-05:30pm
