Join an international outdoor business in a rural environment as a Warehouse Despatch Assistant

Nikwax has received the Queen’s Award for Sustainable Development. We are looking for a Despatch Assistant to join our busy warehouse team.


The Role

Improve the efficiency and timely despatch of orders by

• ensuring systematic processes are set up and followed
• following company procedures to guarantee timely despatch on goods from the warehouse
• adhering to individual customer requirements during the despatch and collation of orders
• organising daily transport bookings and ensuring despatch documentation is accurate and up to date
• assisting with booking stock, maintaining stock levels and stock rotation
• complying with all relevant legislation.


The Person will be

• experienced working in a warehouse environment
• experienced in stock management systems
• a self-starter who is able to work with minimum supervision
• able to apply rules and regulations
• ethical, with good people skills
• numerate and educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
