This opportunity involves learning about the recruitment industry and specifically the role Blue Arrow plays within it, whilst developing the skills and knowledge needed to provide support and help facilitate the smooth running of branch operations.
Working at our Maidstone office, the successful candidate will add value to the business as a result of providing an effective, efficient service and embracing Blue Arrows promise based culture. You will ensure that Blue Arrows values are reflected in every activity and that your actions continually work towards achieving high road recruitment practices that are aligned to enhancing the lives of everyone that touches Blue Arrow.
An ideal opportunity to develop your customer service and business admin skills; a typical day will involve:
- Warmly greeting applicants either by phone or face to face and assisting with the pre-screening process
- Answering incoming calls and e-mails in a professional and responsive manner
- Assisting in the completion of registration forms and where appropriate arrange registration appointments
- Chase any references from flexible employees previous employers gathering market data and generating business leads where possible
- Transfer flexible employee`s CV`s and all relevant documents onto the FROST database
- Take internal and external messages, dealing with issues directly where possible, or transferring to the relevant team member
- Distribute the post and `book in` references received
- Promptly action all branch filing
- Assist in the weekly processing of flexible employee timesheets inline with company standards and timescales
- Help facilitate a quick turnaround of pay and bill by chasing flexible employees and clients for late timesheets
- Assist the manager & operational team in creating marketing and advertising campaigns
- Ensure that all areas of the office are clean and presentable
- Maintain all marketing and information leaflets in the reception area, ensuring they remain accessible to applicants/candidates and are up to date
- Where appropriate ensure that the branch window display is clean and that available roles are rotated, updated daily, prompting the consultants for their jobs and/or bookings
