We are currently recruiting for a leading online casino software developer who produce unparalleled games and technologies, comprehensive management tools, sophisticated ePayment integration systems and turn-key solutions for the iGaming industry.

Due to ongoing growth, they are currently seeking a Dutch Customer Services Executive to join their London team.

Working within the Customer Service Department, the main purpose of this role is to manage their Dutch speaking customer base. You will be communicating with customers via email, online chat and phone to answer their requests in order to maximise the revenue generated from such customers. You will also be required to attend monthly product meetings to contribute the success of the brand.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

Be a fluent Dutch speaker.
Have previous experience working as a customer service executive.
Have a good understanding of customer service in an online business.
Be a good communicator and problem solver.
Be IT literate.
Have an ability to understand customer needs and respond to them.
Must be flexible to work on a shift basis - hours of operation are Monday to Sunday between 8am and 11pm - hours for this role are 40 a week across a shift pattern.
