Payroll/Accounts Assistant
Based in Dartford
Monday - Friday
9.00am - 5.00pm
£20,000 - £23,000
Our Client is looking for Accounts Assistant to work within their busy office.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
Processing payroll for over 250 employees via Sage line 50
Enter purchasing invoices and produce Sales invoices
Respond to accounts and payroll queries
Dealing with Emails
Chasing Purchase orders
General administration
Assisting all members of the team
This is a very reactive role and would suit candidates that are looking to utilise their accounts experience whilst providing excellent customer service to existing clients.
The right candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office and Sage Line 50, adaptable, keen to learn, highly organised and have a can do approach.
