Counter Fraud Investigation Team Leader

Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd are seeking a Counter Fraud Team Leader to join a dynamic and forward thinking Motor Insurance organisation.

The key purpose of this role is to manage a team of Investigators and Analysts and contribute to the Counter Fraud department Operations business plan. You will be required to measure direct reports performance against KPI’s and to manage, motivate, deliver, set & monitor objectives of direct reports within the Counter Fraud Team in order for them to carry out their responsibilities and meet agreed service and performance target.
You will undertake regular performance reviews with team members against key targets and objectives in order to identify business and personal developmental needs, handle complaints in line with FSA/Company guidelines and timescales and complete audits on team members and put development plans in place to address training needs.

We are seeking applications from experienced Team leaders with excellent communication and organisational skills. You must be able to demonstrate good leadership skills and have a full understanding and ability to implement delivery of department KPI’s and SLA’s. Exposure to fraud cases within Insurance is also required.
