My client, a globally recognised and household name within the technology space are experiencing some growth and looking to recruit an adaptable, passionate and self motivated Product and Technical Support Specialist responsible for the ownership and resolution of technical support issues. You will communicate effectively with customers across a wide product range and have a working knowledge of audio/wireless/Bluetooth and networking technologies, resolving issues first time satisfying the customer.





In this role, you'll be a the forefront on the business and play a pivotal part the technical support for customers from across the globe! You will have a real interest in technology with a customer focused background, reporting in to Line Manager.





What skills and experience should you have?



Minimum of 3 years Customer Service experience

Experience in troubleshooting residential networks

Excellent communication skills

Proficient in navigating PC and mobile operating systems
