Swanstaff Recruitment are working on a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service and Sales Advisor to join a reputable employer in Dartford on permanent full time basis.

Key Responsibilities;



* Providing a first class service and trying to deal with all queries in the first instance

* Listening to the customers? requirements and delivering an action path to create the right outcome for the customer, creating excellent customer solutions

* Take ownership of own workload and ensuring customers? accounts are resolved

* Dealing with and resolving customer complaints

* Maintaining a high level of quality by operating within company and regulatory requirements

* Recording updates on customers? accounts

* Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer service is always prioritised

* Updating the in-house CRM system

* Live the company?s values and ensure that these are demonstrated to very customer on every call



To be considered for this role you will need;



* A pro-active mind set with the ability to take responsibility of your own work

* A customer focused attitude

* An ability to adapt the company?s key values and ensure these are displayed on every customer interaction

* Must drive due to location



Ideal candidates will have the following;



* Previous experience of working in Customer Service is beneficial

* Excellent telephone manner

* Strong listening skills and a customer service focussed approach

* Good I.T. skills

* Significant date entry experience with high accuracy rate

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to work under pressure and meet processing deadlines

* Ability to understand process and procedure and recommend improvements
