Location: Canterbury, Kent
Start date: ASAP
Salary/Rate: £9-£10 per hour
Contract type: Permanent
Full Time Hours: 8am to 5pm (flexible), 5 days per week

You will be based in the head office to complete your administration work, it's a bright, new office with a great atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will have all round administration and document control experience, excellent Excel skills and be confident. Communication is paramount in this role.
You will be dealing with the Document Control and also managing the after care team.
The Role:
* Chasing invoices from clients
* Entering costing data on to excel
* General office typing, including meeting minutes, sub-contractor interviews.
* Formatting documents for staff, both in the office and on sites.
* Updating project and telephone lists when required.
* Answering the main telephone and taking messages.
* Opening and distributing the post, franking the post.
* Updating project tracker on Excel on a daily basis.
* Booking couriers.
* Booking deliveries.
* Ordering stationery
* Ad hoc admin duties, filing, archiving etc.
You must have:
* Confidence using excel
* All round administration experience
* Experience in the construction industry is desirable
* Good communication skills
* IT skills and working knowledge of online systems
