THE ROLE

We are now recruiting experienced male and female Support Workers in the Dymchurch/New Romney area. An advantage would be if you could drive and own a car and have good availability.

Experience of working with individuals with both learning disabilities and challenging behaviour is preferred, but more importantly to us is a can-do attitude, a friendly personality and real commitment to our service users to ensure we give them the very best care available. Reliability for shifts is essential, as is the ability to arrive in a timely manner, and we would prefer you to be a car driver with access to your own vehicle.

Day and night shifts are available on a flexible basis, which is ideal if you are looking to top up your current hours; regular shifts may be available to those looking for more consistent hours.
