Administrator
Competitive Salary
Organised, enthusiastic and experienced administrator to join our team on a full time, permanent basis for a varied administrative role.
Duties to include:
• Acting as the first point of contact for the office, answering telephones, taking accurate messages, organising couriers, managing post and deliveries.
• Providing general administrative duties to support EA and departmental managers.
• Preparation of quote and tender documentation.
• Creating spreadsheets and working with formulae.
• Creating and updating reports.
• Raising Purchase Orders and dealing with suppliers.
• Diary management.
• Fleet Administration – dealing with company vehicles, MOT’s, insurance, repairs, service and breakdown cover.
• Rental property administration – dealing with tenants, appliance cover, insurance, tenancy agreements. Dealing with lettings agents.
• Facilities support – arranging services and maintenance on office equipment, copiers, phones etc.
• Provide an excellent level of customer service to clients and visitors.
Successful candidate will:
• Be proficient in using MS Office.
• Have knowledge of Sage.
• Be pro-active.
• Have a solid sales admin background and experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
• Able to prioritise and adapt to situations.
• Be flexible, reliable and positive.
• Have strong communication skills.
• Be a highly organised individual.
• Understand the importance of confidentiality and professionalism in the workplace.
