Assistant Account Handler
Barker Munro Recruitment is a leading Insurance recruitment specialist recruitment agency based in Kent who are currently working with an insurance broker with fantastic history and pedigree and is looking to recruit an Assistant Account Handler.
Working closely with the team of account handlers, you will support them and service client accounts within the renewals process. This could include administration, preparation of presentations to insurers, negotiating premiums with underwriters, processing adjustments and preparing client reports and other documentation as required.
The role is highly varied and requires you to be able to adapt to an ever changing workload landscape.
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work with clients over the phone, by email and face to face and you will be able to exhibit strong customer service skills.
To be considered for the role, ideally you will have some exposure to insurance, however, consideration will be given to non-insurance candidates, given you can demonstrate solid office administration skills and the ability to work in a process driven role.
