Farrer Barnes is currently working alongside a highly reputable and esteemed business based in Kings Hill towards the appointment of a KYC Senior Team Leader. Reporting into the KYC Manager, you will spearhead a team of 10 in a newly created function.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong management experience to apply their KYC/AML expertise in aid of supplementing the company`s wider growth.
You will be accountable for the full line management of all KYC Officers as well as the management and implementation of KYC and AML prcedures. This will include; performance monitoring; producing KPI`s coaching responsibilities; deputising for the KYC Manager as needed; distribution of workloads; ad hoc work as required.
Due to the nature of the role, the ideal candidate will have demonstrable prior experience within a similar role, will have an exemplary personnel management record and must be a subject matter expert regarding KYC/AML policy/procedures/legislation.
