The Role
We are looking for a forward-thinking designer with across-the-board design skills but in particular, a passion and strength in digital design. Your day-to-day tasks will be varied and will include collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative solutions and marketing communications across a variety of media, including online brochures, presentations, landing pages, exhibition material and email campaigns. You will have key involvement in helping to evolve our digital products, producing wireframes and high-res mock-ups, delivering concepts to assist client pitches, and creating assets to support the development team.

Essential Skills and Experience

• 5+ years (?) of experience in a creative agency or in-house creative environment
• Proficient using Adobe CC, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• A strong portfolio demonstrating amazing concept, design and layouts including optimised website and landing pages across mobile and desktop
• A creative thinker who's able to elevate concepts to innovative design solutions, providing expertise and leading the design cycle from brief through to final execution and production
• An expert in applying UX and UI principles to produce effective and considered wireframes and design concepts for digital products such as websites and apps.
• Experience of using wire framing / prototyping software such as Invision, Sketch or Adobe XD
• A self-driven individual with enthusiasm to deliver work to the highest standards
• Proactive and highly responsive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail but with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Ambition to learn and grow with new technologies

• A good technical understanding of HTML and CSS
• Video production and animation experience / working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro
