A part-time Housing Support Worker opportunity has arisen at our brand new Extra Care Scheme, Rosewell House, in Tonbridge.
The shift starts at 5pm and finishes at 9pm each night, Monday through to Sunday. (

Don’t worry, you aren’t expected to work every day as there are enough shifts for more than one person!)

As a Housing Support worker at Roswell House you will be expected to undertake a customer service role to help tenants with any questions they may have about their tenancies, report to the Senior Manager On-Call any out of hours issues and provide an activity, as directed by the Housing Officer, for those tenants who wish to participate. At the end of your shift you will hand over to the member of staff on night duty.
This is a great role for anyone who has daytime commitments and would like to start or continue a career in housing and enhance their customer service and administrative skills.

The pay rate is £7.83 per hour and you will be entitled to 28 days annual leave (pro-rata for part time). Full training for this role will be provided and ongoing development with Rapport Housing and Care.

Confirmation of all appointments is subject to proof of Eligibility to Work in the UK, satisfactory Enhanced DBS clearance, satisfactory references, satisfactory numeracy and literacy assessments and medical clearance.
